Your purchase permits your organization to download a single registered version of TheBusinessBullyTool on a computer or server at (one, site-specific designated location) or physical worksite that you stipulate in the registration process. You agree that the use of TheBusinessBullyTool is permitted ONLY for the designated location you declare during the registration process.
You also agree not to alter, share, manipulate, distribute, copy and/or use this tool other than its intended risk mitigation purpose; Or for use at any other location other than the specific site that was designated in the registration process. However multiple copies of your registered version of TheBusinessBullyTool may be stored on multiple company computers at the registered location or site if desired.
For multisite or multi-location organizations, it is required that you register additional company locations and purchase TheBusinessBullyTool separately for each individual site or location where you would like to store and use TheBusinessBullyTool.
If determined that an organization has violated the terms stated above or is found to be using TheBusinessBullyTool at multiple locations without registration and payment, we reserve the right to invoice and receive the applicable payment accordingly per each site violation, as well as any legal options concerning and pursuant to any violations or offenses that have occurred.
